A2: Our factory is located in Anyang City, Henan Province, China – one of the major ferroalloy production bases in the country. You are always welcome to visit us for a factory tour and face-to-face business discussion.

A4: Yes. Free samples are available for quality testing, but the courier cost should be borne by the buyer.
Q5: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A5: For most products, our MOQ is 1 ton. We can also arrange trial orders for your evaluation before bulk purchase.
Q6: What payment terms do you accept?
A6: We accept T/T, L/C at sight, and other payment terms negotiable based on mutual agreement.
Q7: How do you ensure product quality?
A7: We have a strict quality control system, from raw material selection to final inspection. All products can be tested by third-party inspection agencies such as SGS or BV upon request.
Q8: How long is your delivery time?
A8: Normally, delivery time is 7–15 days after receiving the advance payment. For large orders, the delivery schedule can be adjusted according to production planning.

A9: Yes, customized chemical compositions, sizes, and packaging are available upon request.
